August 2021: Board Election Announcement
Community Action Agency of South Alabama is seeking a representative of the low
income population from Baldwin County to serve on our Board of Directors. There
is currently one position available. Interested individuals must have resided in
Baldwin County for a minimum of one year prior to being elected.

August 2020: CEO Resignation
After over 24 years of working and serving the communities of Community Action Agency of South Alabama (CAASA), on July 8, 2020, I respectfully submitted my resignation as the CEO to the Board of Directors so that I may explore new opportunities and challenges.
August 2020: Annual Meeting and Community Campaign Kickoff
In conjunction with FOX10 News, the United Way of Southwest Alabama has decided to reschedule its 2020 Annual Meeting and Community Campaign Kickoff from Wednesday, August 26, 2020, to Wednesday, September 2, 2020, due to the impending tropical disturbances/storms in the Gulf of Mexico.
